We started Christmas morning at our house. Santa brought Legos for S and Flo's V8 Diner, and a few cars (Cars movie) for G - just what they both wanted. Santa brings presents in the family room, by the fireplace. The Christmas tree is in the living room, and that's where all the family gifts are. This is the tree before we started unwrapping.

Our rule is that everyone has to be dressed for the day (no pajamas) before we open anything that is wrapped. So the Santa gifts have to keep the kids busy for a few hours while we all get ready for the day. This year we celebrated at home in the morning before heading to my sister's house for brunch and the afternoon with the extended family. S gave G this sand art kit, just what she asked for. She was thrilled to receive exactly what she asked him for.

S was more interested in assembling all the Legos he received than in opening too many more gifts. That and measuring who had larger gifts to open. This is the Claw digger, which Santa brought. One of 5 or so lego sets that S received.
