Five months

Baby J is five months old today! Yesterday he rolled from his back to his belly (in the morning), and by late afternoon, could roll in succession over and over. He likes the bumblebee chew toy best and will play with it for a long time. He loves his siblings and tolerates their craziness, even when tired.

He likes me to put him down for naps best (he screams if Daddy tries.) When he really needs Mom, he cries Maaaa! He looks around a room for mom if he hears her voice. He still likes to lay on the changing pad (on the floor) and look out the window. He gets all excited when I put him in his fleece jacket as if he knows it means we are going outside.

We've started putting him in the high chair while everyone else is eating dinner. He tolerates this, but is ready to start eating with the big people. Any day now, when I buy the baby cereal.
