Raspberry Picking

Today's (July 10th) outing was to the berry patch.  S was at camp, so it was just the littles.  We didn't pick much (1.5 lbs) but we had a fun time.  G and I made raspberry-peach freezer jam this afternoon, since we didn't have enough raspberries for plain raspberry jam.  Berry Picking - check.  Make Jam - check.  Two more things done off the summer list!

And then on Saturday I went back to pick more and came home with 12 pounds.  Lots more freezer jam and bags of frozen raspberries for smoothies all winter.
